Hydrotherapy
Elite Rehab uses an onsite 25m indoor pool for hydrotherapy sessions with an average temperature around 31-33 degrees
Hydrotherapy is typically used when rehabilitation exercises need to be ‘unloaded’ i.e. minimise the effects of gravity or for low-impact conditioning.
Patients typically graduate from the pool to land-based rehabilitation if / when able. Sessions are individually focused and closely supervised by Physiotherapists.
Classes are run 8am – 9am Monday and 12.30pm – 1.30pm Friday, bookings essential.
