Gym based training utilises resistance-based exercises to develop functional strength, power and joint stability. Further, self massage and flexibility are used to release muscle tension and improve functional range of movement. All programs are designed to improve athletic performance, reduce injury risk and educate about lifting techniques. The latter being very important in young athletes who need to ‘learn their craft.’

Running & Speed

Field-based conditioning is targeted at improving sport specific movements such as acceleration, agility, max speed and speed endurance. GPS, timing gates, timing mat and video analysis are used to provide feedback and monitor ongoing performance and biomechanics.
